Setting up accommodations

Accommodations can be set up if guests, crew and/or artists need overnight accommodation. Accommodations are requested and assigned, the same way as accreditation items. First you need to add a location and then you can add accommodations to this location. 

 

  • Adding a location. 
  1. Select the event from the ‘Launchpad’. 
  2. Go to ‘Settings’.
  3. Click ‘Accreditations / Accommodations’.
  4. Go to ‘Add location’.
  5. Enter the required information.
  6. Click ‘Add location’.
  7. Done! Let’s add accommodations to this location.

 

  • Adding accommodations
  1. Go to ‘Settings’.
  2. Click ‘Accreditations / Accommodations’.
  3. Click the ‘+’ button. 
  4. Enter the type of the accommodation. For example; ‘triple room’.
  5. Enter the maximum occupancy of the accommodation and if necessary, the cost price and sales price. 
  6. Select with the check marks the days of availability and the maximum amount of rooms for this accommodation. If necessary, you can select early check-in or late check-out
  7. Click ‘Add’ and you are done!
