Re-use templates

When you have created a briefing template in an event, it is possible to import this briefing into another event. You can also copy a template.

Import templates
If you have worked hard during an event on a briefing, it is possible to import it into another event. That way you do not have to work twice.

  1. Go to ‘Briefings / Briefing templates‘.
  2. Click on ‘Import template‘.
  3. At ‘Source template‘ you choose the template you want to import. You name the template. A description is optional but recommended.
  4. Click on ‘Import‘ and your template is now in this new event.

Duplicate templates
It is possible to duplicate a template. This can be of value, for example, if you only need to make small adjustments to make this briefing suitable for another group of recipients. If you can leave big parts of the briefing as they are, it can save you a lot of work and time.

  1. Go to ‘Briefings / Briefing templates‘.
  2. Find the template you want to copy.
  3. There are three icons on the right side next to a template. The first icon is the copy icon. Click on it.
  4. A pop-up appears with which you can give this template a new name and description. The standard description is ‘Copy of: …’.
  5. Click on ‘Duplicate template’.
  6. That’s it! The briefing has now been duplicated in the event in which you were working.
