Adding a visual to a parking ticket

The ones who are accredited a parking ticket will receive this ticket along with their briefing and other tickets.
It’s possible to add an image to the parking ticket. This way everyone will easily recognise it as a parking ticket. We call this a ticket visual.
By default, there is no visual set. This means that the user receives a white ticket. We therefore strongly recommend adding a visual.

Adding a parking ticket with a visual
Follow these steps if you want to start with adding parking tickets as accreditation items and add a visual to them instantly. If you’ve already added them, but without a visual, scroll a bit further.

  1. Select the event from the Launchpad.
  2. Click on ‘Settings’ and ‘Accreditations’.
  3. Do you already have a ‘Parking’ category? If not, add one with ‘Add accreditation category’. Make sure to select ‘Parking’ at ‘Type’.
  4. After adding the category, search for your ‘Parking’ category and click the ‘+’-symbol.
  5. Follow the steps in setting up this new item. At ‘Ticket’ you check the box for ‘Visual required’.
  6. With ‘Upload file’ you select the image you want to add to this item.
    – The maximum size of the photo may be 1000 x 1000 px and maximum 500KB.
