You can import barcodes from third parties. You can use this, for example, if you want to scan guest tickets at the main entrance. You import the barcodes from your ticket provider and they will be sent out through the system. If it is your first time importing barcodes, then please get in touch with your account manager or someone from the support team.
Where to find this page;
- Go to the Launchpad and select the event.
- Go to ‘Settings’ and click ‘Barcodes and Tickets’.
- Click ‘Barcodes’. There you go!
